By default, bookings are non-refundable. However, if you believe the artist has breached the basic terms of service (ie: they didn’t show up for the scheduled event) then your first course of action should be to work out a viable solution with your artist (ie: reschedule. It’s likely your artist is a good human and will work with you to figure it out).

However, if you are unable to resolve the issue between you and your artists then Tatstat has provided a process whereby we will issue you the refund. We will also coordinate with your artist to help ensure that the artists on our platform are endeavoring to help their customers and operate honest businesses.
